Black Canyon/Willow Beach River Adventures will provide transportation from the Hacienda Hotel and Casino on Highway 93 just outside of historic Boulder City. You will then be transported by bus or van to the launch area at the base of the Hoover Dam. This is a rare view of the Hoover Dam that very few people have the opportunity to see. At this time, you will board our large comfortable rafts which have been carefully constructed with your party's safety in mind. They have multiple air chambers and are outfitted with all of the Coast Guard required and recommended safety equipment.

During this excursion, our experienced and knowledgeable guides will share with you the history of this magnificent geological area. The face of Hoover Dam, By-pass Bridge and high canyon walls will leave you breathless. Be prepared to see Desert Big Horn Sheep, Osprey, and Great Blue Heron in their natural setting. Bring your camera and plenty of memory cards or film, because it is seldom you will have an opportunity such as this to view the wonders of nature.

You will be returned to the Hacienda Hotel and Casino at which time you can complete your Hoover Dam experience by driving to the Hoover Dam parking lot and take a guided tour of the Hoover Dam itself.

The tours departs three times daily at 9:30am, 10:30am and 11:30am inside the Hacienda Hotel and Casino at the Black Canyon River Adventure check-in desk. The Hacienda Hotel and Casino is located just outside Boulder City on Highway 93 South as you head toward Hoover Dam and only 20 minutes from downtown Las Vegas.
